Flores has also covered migration issues in Mexico and the coverage of elections in United States,Spain and Brussels at European Council. Currently, the Hispanic Photojournalist is a member of the National Photographer Press Association (NPPA) and the National Association of Hispanic Journalist (NAHJ) of the United States. Just after traveling to Barcelona for my first News Coverage about the terrorist attack in Paseo la Rambla, my commitment to develop my career as photojournalist awakens.The traces of blood captured from camera lens, the testimonies of pain by each one of the survivors of terrorist attacks, the tears and pain of the family members who have lost their loved ones in such tragedies are some of the reasons I want to embark my journey in the media. The obstacles I have faced while developing my credibility and career as a photojournalist in a field dominated by men, are also part of the reasons.  One of my main interests is to contribute to society in a positive manner, to create bridges for the ones like me who dream of seeing all their realized.
